Awash in crisp white and verdant green – from porcelain tiles and a putting green to designer pavers and landscaping – The Fairway Estate presents a modern take on a traditional style. The homeowner of this contemporary outdoor living area selected the Ryan Hughes Design team to “put a bow on” an existing pool and complete the homeowner’s backyard dream imagined for hosting events for family and friends.
This 8,000-square-foot exterior design was inspired by a love of entertaining and of providing fun experiences close to home. For this one-of-a-kind request, the Hughes team was the perfect choice for a project including a water feature wall, estate landscaping, elegant firepits, a professionally designed drive and a clear glass pool fence to provide unobstructed views throughout the backyard expanse. A contract-rich turf and concrete paver patterning is found on paths, patios and pre-cast concrete stepping pads all professionally designed on a grand scale. These pathways lead to a sunken fire lounge designed for enjoyment of a custom-built fire feature. The putting green, incorporated within The Fairway Estate plan, is positioned against lush plantings and decorative floral beds. TUUCI shade structures complete the white estate look as well as outdoor lighting from FX.
