lines of the home, the diverse interests of the family and the surrounding natural beauty to
create an exceptional outdoor living retreat.
The over 500-square-foot pool is clad in Blue Granite Pebble Tec tile with decorative waterline
accents and elegant white precast coping. Surrounding surface areas include travertine tile and
artificial turf, punctuated by porcelain pavers on raised planters or atop steps leading to a
sunken fire lounge. An infinity-edge spa, including one-inch square Edna Black Vidrepur glass
tile, is located within the pool and adjacent to the cooling sun shelf; it’s here you’ll find the
strategically placed Ledge Loungers, designed to cultivate maximum relaxation and
conversation.
The indoor-outdoor appeal of the curated seating and dining areas leads to the outdoor
entertainment kitchen, fully equipped with stainless Fire Magic appliances and ample counter
surfaces. A combination of stone, tile and wood adds to the natural beauty of this family-friendly
outdoor room. Within the step-down fire lounge, a linear fire feature of stone is situated between
a custom banquette and bar seating that overlooks the pool. Offering unobstructed views from
rooms within the home to those along the lake, professional lighting highlights the pool, tropical
plants, lounging and dining areas throughout the space.
