Nature’s Haven -- with its 3,600-square feet of luxury outdoor living -- was designed around a cherished fish statue that held special significance for the owner. Partially inspired by a desire for a space to entertain guests for sporting games, this project also was meant to encourage intimate to grand family gatherings -- all protected from the elements. With panoramic windows and a screen enclosure, Nature’s Haven’s design never lost sight of the beauty and importance of the surrounding natural vistas.
Within a 1,025 -square-foot pool, the Nature’s Haven custom design includes a perimeter overflow spa and perimeter overflow sun shelf on opposing sides. A water feature wall and fire bowls continue the look of luxury. A swim-up bar and designer outdoor kitchen add elements for entertaining following the mix of Contemporary and Traditional style. From the fish statue inspiration, custom water elements continue to look throughout the multi-level enclosed outdoor living area. Tile and artificial turf surfaces provide an attractive contrast to the clean white of the clean look of the stone and marble pavers. Opposite the entrance to the pool shines a stone façade serving as a backdrop to a series of fire pots casting a glow across the pool. In a lover level is a Grand Effects custom fire lounge and a massive banquette surround. the entire lounge area. By day this lounge offers sun-filled views of the backyard, while by night it shines in a colorful illumination display. The illumination in this project highlights structures, walkways, plantings, aqua and fire elements as well as outdoor rooms of every size and composition.
