A modern backyard oasis that reflects a love of travel through textures, features and elevations describes the Bay Vista project by award winning outdoor living designers, Ryan Hughes Design. Comprising a grand 3,700 -square-feet of outdoor living space, Bay Vista’s design presents shade, fire features, water elements, and furnishings all precision crafted with a flair for adventure.
Bordered by towering palms, minimal vertical elements are featured within the remainder of Bay Vista allowing for unobstructed views to the bayfront and beyond. At the center of the outdoor space is near 1,000-square-foot pool crafted by artisans of Pebble Tech’s Pebble Sheen Blue Granite tiles. Flowing from the pool is a perimeter overflow spa with custom jet placement and raised edging totally clad in 1×1 inch Vidrepure glass tiles. An outdoor kitchen and dining area sit on one terrace with a custom pergola while woven swings, in-pool loungers and a swim up bar are all a part of the design.
As the day turns into night, Bay Vista offers a different feel throughout via outdoor illumination by PAL lighting and FX Lighting. Up lights and exterior smart lighting highlight the impressive palms and accompanying outdoor landscaping as well as provide a safe entertaining space. Designer surfaces include turf to Travertine pool deck pavers, composite wood decking to pre-cast concrete stepping pads. A large reflecting pool was positioned at the front of the home to welcome guests into the overall outdoor plan.
