Full of an imaginative use of decks and turf, patios and pools, Edge Water Point also boasts a fully-outfitted luxury outdoor kitchen with expertly curated lounging and dining areas. The Ryan Hughes Design team crafted Edge Water Point to accentuate the view of Clearwater while maximizing the nearby waters and providing an eclectic collection of covered entertaining venues. Surrounding the iconic house, the entire outdoor living space is visible to those crossing the landmark Clearwater bridge.
This custom outdoor living design is situated around a 1,000-plus-square-foot pool with a perimeter overflow spa constructed of all-glass tile. The crisp angles extending from sides of the pool are accented by unique columns constructed from stone to rushing waters. Comfort and conversation are found in a pair of oversized cushioned swinging chairs positioned to hang at one end of the pool from a custom pool-side structure. The seating swings above a cooling water shelf and alongside illuminated water features. This unique design allows for interaction with those in the pool or quiet private reflection. Luxury marble tile surfaces tie the entire space together and complement the stone, wood and turf elements. Completing the project, the Solana Outdoor Living team offered a professionally curated outdoor leisure design with the inclusion of Brown Jordan and Dedon furnishings, Tuuci shade, Ledge Lounger pool seating, and Fire Magic kitchen appliances and multiple ovens and grills. Vistafolia was incorporated into the design to accent the dining area with luxurious faux greenery. An outdoor illumination plan completes the exterior design spaces while providing entertaining experiences that deliver from day into night.
