Modern lines and crisp geometry abound in the Shore Line project by Ryan Hughes Design. Striving to maximize the outdoor space through taking advantage of the multiple elevational changes, Shore Line continues to create a sense of serenity, calmness and isolation within. The project occupies 3,500-square-foot of outdoor living area dominated by an over 1,000-square foot vanishing edge pool. On multiple elevations, waters flow to fill a sun shelf and encircle a sunken fire lounge and planting areas.
Entertaining destinations begin from the home’s rear terrace — holding the outdoor kitchen with luxury Fire Magic appliances, the contemporary deep seating area and modern dining space. The open design offers views of the entire backyard entertaining space. On multiple levels, lounging elements and landscaping features define the outdoor destinations.
The vanishing edge pool, spa and sun shelf boast 1,500-square-foot of 1×1 inch Vidrepure glass tile. With a perimeter overflow, the spa sits adjacent to the pool and tucked under a TUUCI shade feature. Pre-cast concrete stepping pads create an illuminated path descending to the custom sunken fire lounge with upholstered cushions. Faux turf and marble pavers create a continuous flow throughout the project in keeping with the homes calming essence. Outdoor illumination is provided by PAL Lighting for the pool with FX Lighting highlighting the landscaping and hardscape areas.
