Vice President of Finance
Erica Kaplan has been a part of the construction industry for years. As the Vice President of Finance for Ryan Hughes Design Build, Erica oversees all finance and accounting functions as well as financial reporting, process implementing and enhancing the people experience throughout. A graduate of the University of Southern Florida with a Bachelor of Science in finance and marketing, she embraces her position with Ryan Hughes Design Build with interest in personal and team growth. Erica has a passion also for connecting and learning how to handle new situations and share incentive to reach goals.
The outdoors is not just a part of Erica’s profession, but it is a part of her favorite way to spend an afternoon… by the water, in the sun, with good company or a good book.
